"I saw Dr. Kadukammakal multiple times for the ball of my L foot. After I left my house, drove all the way to the hospital, and took my shoes off, I learned that he wrote the MRI order for the heel of my R foot. So I had to reschedule for another day, a few weeks later. In the meantime, I get a letter from my insurance company informing me the MRI would not be covered if it's written for both with AND without contrast; they'll only cover one. I go to the hospital for my rescheduled appointment, get in the MRI machine, and learn that the order's been written for both with AND without contrast. I had to talk the technician out of proceeding further so that my insurance company would actually cover my visit."

"Nastiest front desk woman I have ever come in contact with. Rude, demeaning and major attitude. If she rolled her eyes any harder they’d be on her desk. Decided to just cancel being a patient with them all together and not see the doctor because I wasn’t comfortable keeping a card on file for them to charge whenever they wanted for whatever amount of money, especially since when I refused the woman got increasingly nastier and then told me that I’d just be a “self pay” and would have to spend more money to see the doctor today until my insurance paid them. Then attitude got even worse when I said I wasn’t going to leave and wait on a call back - I wanted to speak to the manager right then and there. I was then told their manager is only at the Bremo Rd location and that I would have to sit and wait. I responded “good” and sat down - if looks could kill I’d be dead. Miraculously now that there are other patients in the waiting room she wants to attempt to be nice when speaking to me. Absolutely not. I’ll find another doctor’s office."

"My podiatry care is excellent with Dr. Kadukakammakal and his hard working clinical medical assistant at the Mechanicsville location. Preparing for my recent surgical procedure wasn’t stressful because I worked along with surgical scheduler/medical assistant Karina Rojas, she provided interpersonal care with administrative side of my patient care, it allowed me feel confident going into surgery. The staff are very analytical to details too."

"Dr. Vantre did a nerve intrapment release on my left foot. For the first time since 2017 I have regained a big amount of feeling back in my foot and toes. Before I thought it was permanent damage done by a different surgery by a different doctor, however Dr. Vantre stated there was more we can try. As I post this I'm about 2 weeks from surgery and have never been so grateful to be healing and able to feel again. highly recommend."
