"I had a new patient appointment at 930am at Suite B. I got to suite D at 930am and had them call suite B, as I had been calling the suite B office to confirm my appt. on 1.12.24 since 1.10.24 leaving several messages. No one answers the phone or calls back. Once I arrived at suite B to see Dr. Brodeur, they said they needed a copy of my insurance card with my name on it. I had to call my insurance company for it as I'm under my husband's policy, the insurance company send a perfect copy of my insurance card with my name on it. The 3 evil ladies who hate their jobs to the fullest, declined and changed their minds after the fact. They said they needed to reschedule. They threatened to call the police when I said I won't leave without treatment I've waited for 2 months. I don't have to do anything, karma will take care of it all. They will suffer as the have caused suffering to a soul for no rhyme or reason. I was nothing by but kind in getting the insurance card info and copy which they later declined stating they can't take a copy, they were gonna make a copy in the first place. Please if you want to save your time, dignity and money, DO NOT go to this place for any Rheumatologist, EPECIALLY DR. BRODEUR, they DO NOT care have zero bed side manners, and are deceitful. This is the WORST THE UTMOST WORST Healthcare clinic that exists and I've faced in the universe. This is why they have 3 stars to begin with and 28 reviews from people they paid to write good reviews for them. Bribery is suspected."

"This office has the many bad reviews, and mine is no different. Stay away from this practice! I was referred here and the problems started from day 1. First of all, a prescription was supposed to be ordered and was forgotten, secondly blood work results, I was told would take 4 days and ended up being 9. It probably would have been longer if I had not called. When I did call, I was told by an office staffer that there was “nothing alarming” and that I needed to keep my appointment with Dr. Holtz in a week. I refused due to the fact that I could barely walk! A day or two later, I received a letter that was electronically signed by Dr. Holtz say that they would not see me as I was verbally abusive. Not true! The conversation led me to feel as if my insurance payment and co pay we’re more important than my care!!!! A few days later received a second letter. Of the same substance. Still have not spoken with Dr. Holtz in regards to my results or the letter. As health care professionals, a certain amount of empathy is needed to understand what patients are dealing with on a physical and emotional level. Unfortunately this practice seems to have neither."

"Dr. Sutherland and his staff are phenomenal. I was worried when I read the reviews, but a friend recommended him and his office and they are amazing. The front staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a Lapcorp lab right in office and the lady working there is wonderful and has no problems getting blood on first try as I am a hard stick. And Dr. Sutherland is so knowledgeable and has the best bed side manner I have ever seen. I highly recommend you try the office out!"

"This place is the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Never ever have been refused to be seen over 250. Dollars that was already paid. These people...... Especially the doctors don't care about there patients health..... Just your money. If you want the staff an doctors to treat you well...DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! I would rate them a -10 if I could.....they don't even deserve that. Sorry but very very very unhappy with this place. Thank you."
