"Teresa Endsley called the cops on me when I told her I didn’t like her style & would not be continuing seeing her. Never once mentioned suicide, homicide, or inability to care for self. So petty & childish. I cannot describe how utterly mad I am. I’ve already emailed a greivance. Update, I hope you all realize that it is a breach of confidentiality when you disclose patient information without an emergency situation."

"I have to say that the care here has declined significantly. I saw a doctor who ignored my concerns that my medication was no longer effective. It wasn’t. She didn’t care. I fired her and found someone who is an active listener and makes sure I’m involved in my care. This was lost here."

"I have had positive experiences with providers; however, their billing office requires much improvement. I've been overcharged numerous occassions and when I've questioned the billing department they provided inaccurate information which caused me to do my own research with insurance and fight to get refunded by LifeStance. Providers earn 5 stars, billing earns 1 for the abundance of frustration they cause (past and continuously)."

"My son, who is struggling right now, initially met with a provider. Medication was recommended and prescribed. He continues to struggle and has anxiously awaited his follow-up appointment. They have cancelled on him 3 times in a row. And their response to him is if he is going to harm himself, to go to an ER. Update - after 3rd cancellation from your team, they told him they would call in his prescription as he was running out over the weekend. Got to the pharmacy, and guess what??? Nothing called in. What a joke of a business. We will email you, and we will be submitting a formal complaint through the VA Department of Health Enforcement Division."
