Everyone chips in once you finish your current exercise to start you on your next task. Highly recommended facility, plus they have very accommodating hours starting early am with some late nights."

"My experience was not a good one. I was missed diagnosed, and when I asked for ice, they told me that they didn’t have any of that they could give me? I would not suggest this place - did not feel cared for . Told the pt that I had about a car wreck I was in and he did ask any details about injures I sustained . I believe his name was Kyle - nice guy but not a good pt . Another problem with my visit is he gave me exercises on a piece of paper and never went over them with me ."

The therapists I worked with were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The assistants took great care of all the patients by preparing equipment and answering questions. The front desk staff were nice and always got all the insurance stuff right. Overall, Richmond PT provided great customer service. And, through the work they did with me, I understand more about my injury and I'm a lot stronger now than when I started. No one wants to go to PT, but if you need it, this is the place to go."
