"The doctor rushed me through the appointment and hardly gave any concern to follow up questions I had. She kept trying to end the call after answering one or two questions so I just gave up. I was billed for a 45-60 minute visit despite only being on a telehealth call for less than 10 minutes. Called billing and left a message and they never called back. Was suggested to do an at home sleep study but I won't be giving them any more money."

I accompany my mother to her appointments so I watch how the service and treatment is The sign in nurse was very sweet and kind and attentive and very sweet. She git my mom's info a d was prompt in updating any necessary info on her chart. Her appointment was scheduled for 3pm they got her back at 3:02pm which is phenomenal to me. Most places take longer and are way behind these days The call back nurses are rotating the patients in abd out at a smooth pace and are very attentive to the patients in the lobby even telling them they haven't forgotten about them they are coming back soon. Sirius XM top 40 hits station on the radio in the waiting room. Adam Lavigne , Taylor Swift , Britney Spears , etc. It's a really relaxed environment as I sit in here now. All and all I think this will be and has been a pleasant experience for my mother I recommend these folks highly if you want to get treated like you matter."
"Pulmonary Associates of Richmond on Broad Street is awesome. Since becoming a well-seasoned lady, doctors tend to be condescending and ignore my questions and concerns. NOT Dr. Mistretta. My doctor is kind. He explained everything that is going on with my health. His explanations and alternatives were explained very well. I appreciate him."
"Had a great experience today I wasn’t feeling well, so I wanted to cancel my appointment when I got there. The place was really crowded and I didn’t wanna wait online I noticed a woman sitting doing her work and although she wasn’t available, I went over and asked her if I could ask a question she was so receptive after I told her I wanted to try and reschedule she offered to call the nurse in the back and explain my situation and then came back and offered to reschedule my appointment for me without me having to call she did it with a smile and kindness and sensitivity. Her name is Barbara. In this day and age, it is often impossible to get good customer service. Barbara was wonderful. I was not expecting such wonderful care, but I am extremely pleased and look forward to going to my next appointment."
