"LAZY DOCTORS SIMPLY WILL NOT DO. Went to see Dr Donovan for a primary care inital visit. I explained to her that in recent months I had a CT scan reveal NODULES on my thyroid. Also explained to her that I was exercising consistently and consume a pescetarian diet, full of fiber, and was still experiencing weight loss resistance as well as many other hormonal/thyroid issue symptoms. She ran bloodwork. My 'bad' cholesterol level came back high, and her only direction was to eat better and exercise more. I have absolutely zero respect for a doctor that is LAZY. I have a friend who is licensed doctor, he told me the NIH has been studying SINCE 2011 the negative effects of thyroid dysfunction on cholesterol levels. After he told me this, all I had to do was Google search the key words "thyroid and high cholesterol" in order to find all of the MANY studies and articles that say: High cholesterol can be a result of thyroid hormones not producing in the correct quantity, which leads to not enough of the hormones responsible for removing the cholesterol, which leads to, YOU GUESSED IT, high cholesterol levels in a person who eats healthy and exercises regularly. I wish my previous primary care Dr Daniel hadn't retired. At least he listened to me and respected me enough not to call me a liar. That is how I feel after Dr Donovan told me to eat better and exercise after I had told her that I already was, and the bloodwork always comes back 'fine' but I'm still experiencing horrible symptoms. LAZY!! It's practically violating the HIPPOCRATIC oath to do no harm. By UNDER-treating and gaslighting her patient, she is putting my health at further risk."

"I’m so disappointed with my experience. For starters, I usually see Dr. Ng. She will only ever refer you out to a specialist, even for simple things. Anyways, I recently got covid and was told to make an appointment with my primary care to get something for my throat. The nurse I spoke with, Kim, was very rude. She acted like talking to me was an inconvenience and didn’t seem to comprehend what I was saying. So, I complained to the nurse manager (I think her name is Cindy). She was fine at first and then started getting condescending. They can’t even help with a sore throat and will act like you’re an inconvenience. I told them I was going to leave a bad review so here you go!"

"Love this practice. We’ve been here for years. Doctor Woodward has been the BEST for our family. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. He listens, gets to know you as a patient, comes up with a plan to help and sees it through. He has been a huge help in finding some major diagnoses for me. He also is quick to respond in messages and works with our schedules to make sure we are seen when needed. So thankful we see him!"
