I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a caring mental facility! I know we all have different experiences, but I wanted to shed some light on a very positive one."

"I was referred to Insight Physicians LLC to handle my medication management for severe depression and suicidal thoughts. I was desperate and needed help. The initial consultation was very cordial and I was prescribed medication. Within hours of starting I began having a bad reaction. I called numerous times and left voicemails with the nurse practitioner who handled my meds and heard nothing for three days. They finally called me back on Friday after hours and left me a voicemail that essentially said, “Hey if you have an emergency this weekend just go to the ER.” I spent the weekend huddled in a room terrified and reassuring myself the intrusive thoughts were just the meds. I never received a follow up phone call from them that was over a month and a half ago but they were happy to send me my copay bill. Enjoy the $40."

"Was a patient here for a year, I had a death in the family and wasn't able to schedule an appointment within 6 weeks. I received no notice about my termination as a patient. Now I'm a scrambling to find a new doctor. For physicians they don't seem to care about their patients and go out of their way to avoid them. Would not recommend."

"I have had a terrible experience with this office. Holly is rude, lacks empathy, and frankly should not be in a position of care for those with mental health issues. They’ve upcoded appointments on me, charging me $50 more (after insurance), for an appointment that was shorter and less involved than the last. While transitioning jobs I was uninsured and they refused to refill a medication (that I’ve been on for months, successfully) without an appointment (that they charge $300+ for to insurance companies). The physicians do not consider other medications or conditions you may have that could cause contraindications - three times I’ve experienced severe side effects and, since they think that just doling out pills is considered proper patient care, I’ve had to work with my other doctors in other fields to adjust my medications so that I don’t have a fatal reaction. Please, avoid this office (and their Bremo location) at all costs."
