"I have years of good experience with TCM doctors, but this one was awful. I asked if he offered raw herbs before the appointment and he said yes. When I got there and further inquired, he showed me little plastic envelopes full of vicuous liquid and said that's the herbs I would have to buy for $450. When I asked for a week's supply of raw herbs to make sure the formula works for me rather than a month supply of whatever was inside those plastic envelopes, he wouldn't budge. He wanted me to pre-pay for a month of something that may not work and that can't be adjusted mid-month for my menstrual cycle (something a great TCM doctor knows to do). He also wanted me to prepay for 10 sessions without even having a first session to know if he's a good doctor for me. That's $800 he wanted just after I walked in the door. This felt like a scam and if I hadn't gone to TCM doctors previously, I might have fallen for it. I told him I felt uncomfortable with his methods and I would go find a different doctor, but he refused to show me how to get out of the building until I paid him $50. There were lots of doors inside and I couldn't find the exit. He was being very insistent that I pay for listening to him try to sell me things that I didn't want. I paid him and got out of there, but I'm very upset by the experience. I didn't feel the doctor was a good person."

"The place smelled amazing!!! That was the first thing that hit me. The guy came out asked me to wait in the waiting room.( i was a little early) but i didnt wait long at all. He asked my whats wrong (the reason i came in.) he got straight to work. He did inform me to see any major improvement that i need a few more sessions. It hurt a little more than expected, he definitely hit the right spots. Satisfied with my visit."
