"Don’t trust the online pre-checkin. They say they’ll text when they are ready for you but I still had to wait an hour and half in the lobby after arriving 10min following my text that they were ready for me. Nurses and physicians were great but the system is pointless. You might as well walk-in like you would at Patient First rather than the smoke in mirrors of them trying to keep their lobby full."

"I don’t tend to leave negative reviews, but I had a really terrible experience here and would caution others to go to a different location for urgent care needs. I waited 4.5 hours to seen with migraine symptoms and received very unclear communication about wait times. I was skipped over in the line several times and by the time I was seen, I was seen for two minutes, max and prescribed Aleve for a days-long migraine that had not responded to prescription strength medication. All of this I communicated to the provider. Not only was it painful sitting in the waiting room that long, but it felt very dismissive to be sent home with over the counter pain relief medication when I’d communicated it was not working. Now if my migraine persists I will have to seek care somewhere else, forcing me to take even more time off of work and spend more money. I’d strongly encourage folks to go elsewhere."

"The providers are so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They’re great with children too! Facility is clean, there are televisions in each exam room, and there’s always a reasonable wait time. Highly recommend!"

"This place was great! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel super comfortable the whole time I was here. Exam rooms and waiting room were very clean and made me feel extremely safe The only negative thing I have to say is that when they’re busy wait times take forever. I did the phone check in at 12 got texted to come in at 3, and then I didn’t get seen until 4pm. I ended up leaving around 5:30pm. I recommend calling ahead and if it’s actually urgent go to one of the less busy locations The staff was very transparent about the wait times so that’s why I stuck with the 5 star review"
