"Dr. Mustafa logged an Office Visit (I came in for a problem, not a yearly check-up) as a physical before the year was up - so my insurance would not cover the claim. After a year of going back and forth with insurance and the billing office, I finally caught someone on the phone at Innsbrook that took care of the issue immediately and had the claim relogged as Office Visit. I received another bill in the mail (the right one) and after a week I got a call from the billing office at Innsbrook with someone who was not friendly, asking for the money. I haven't been able to go see my primary care doctor for over a year because of the outstanding balance, and they kicked me off my online account so I can't see any of my medical history through them. I will be finding another office to go to."

"Poor. This practice was unsuccessful in calling in a prescription to 2 different pharmacies. When called about the problems, they said it was not their problem. Two name brand pharmacies never received the order, and to leave the patient sleepless with terrible pain overnight and through the next day is unacceptable. Nurse Holly could not be bothered. I know it is tough to find good GP medicine, but do something different than this practice is you want more than your check cashed."
