"I was looking for a dentist in my area & had stumbled across Richmond Dental Spa. Called and made an appointment. I was really looking forward to visiting this office & was hopeful that I would finally find a dentist I trusted. I patiently waited over a month to have my first appointment. However, the day before my scheduled appointment I received a phone call stating the office will be closed & the Dr. Would not be in. Therefore, my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I was understanding & willing to have my appointment rescheduled. I had asked to be scheduled in on the soonest date available. Which, was an additional month long wait. Again, I just received a phone call from RICHMOND DENTAL SPA TELLING ME THAT I WOULD NEED TO RESCHEDULE AS THE DR. WILL NOT BE IN & THE SOONEST DAY AVAILABLE WAS NEAR THE END OF JUNE. I was understanding the first time I had received a call stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled but to receive a second phone call after waiting months is absolutely unacceptable & ridiculous! This is not how you run a business & treat patients! This was a complete & utter waste of my time. I could have found another dentist office that was willing to schedule me & see me on the day of my appointment. It's evident Richmond Dental Spa does not care about their patients nor the time they wasted due to their lack of negligence. It's not OK to call not once but twice the day before a patients scheduled appointment to yet again cancel. People don't make dental appointments for it to be continually canceled & rescheduled! I made an appointment because I clearly needed to be seen by a Dr. However, it seems that this is not the place for me & that's OK. The last thing I want is to be seen by a negligent staff that thinks it's acceptable to call me in less than 24 hours to cancel my dentist appointment TWICE. There is no excuse for this. Do better & start caring! I do not recommend this place!"

"This was the worst dental office I have ever been to!! I took my daughter here today as a new patient for a cleaning and check up. The office has an extremely unwelcoming energy. The receptionist was so rude to us but when an elderly person came in she was very helpful and gave instructions clearly to her. My daughter is 13 and immediately noticed the receptionist behavior was very dry towards us she wasn’t giving us instructions or anything just rude!! I waisted a day off and my daughter missed the first half of school for nothing. We walked out and was never serviced. I’ll make sure to contact my insurance just to make sure they we are not charged for anything because she did absolutely nothing. I believe first impressions are lasting impressions. DO NOT waist your time going here. This is not a complaint against the dentist because we never saw him and I’m not even sure he was there. I would recommend him getting a new receptionist/dental hygienist."

"I have had a great experience with Dr. A, Linet and front desk staff. The location is easy to reach and this was the most painless filling I've ever had. I also got a cleaning and mouth guard. I feel well and genuinely cared for at this dentist. I will be moving to a different state and on one hand, I am sad to leave because at Richmond Dental Spa I've found the perfect dental team!"
