"I had to take my handicapped sister to this facility for a blood draw. From the time we entered the door, everyone there was so helpful and kind! They have made a difference in our day!! Thank you so very much!"
"Use to Love the Dermatologist Physician Dr. Haught! Until he proved his last name!! He literally burned my face during treatment and I feel it was intentional. As I am Muslim and he burned a Cross in my face. I could sue him yet God is the key to all destruction and falsehood on this earth. I will meet him on the day of Judgment!!! It is obvious what he did and I refused to return because it would not be pretty!!! God is my Protection!!! Smooth CV-19 pre assessment! Get to your room; and wait for an hour. The long wait begans! Too long of a wait AFTER you get in the room. I realize documentation is important after each visit, however, the long waits in the clinic room is too lengthy. It occurs every single time you visit. 15-20+ minutes after you are assigned a room. He’s a Fake Dr. I found that out. And I was so sad and disappointed!!!"
"Dr. Richard Lucidi is the best! Very kind, patient, and realistic about services he can provide. Watch out for the billing department though. It is crazy! They will bill you for things that should not be billed for, and you have to be careful b/c you'll get multiple bills for the same thing while waiting for the original issue to be resolved. Otherwise, love this practice."
"I called to make an appointment. I’m military had a referral. They took my information down as a new patient when they asked for my ethnicity I said Hispanic, I think that was fine? Usually things like that are left when I fill out forms, then they asked for my emergency contact I gave them my mothers name and phone number which was followed up immediately by, “does she speak English?” I had half the nerve to tell her “ A lot better than you. “ after which told me that the best option would be a location that’s further away than the one I was looking at. kept my cool and went the formal route on top of leaving this review. Completely unacceptable."
"Great practice with very professional and competent staff. The doctors and therapists here are the best in the area. The level of service here is significantly better than any other ENT practice in the Richmond area. It may take a while to get an appointment as a new patient but once a patient it is much easier."
