"Loved my experience ( that’s possible with a broken wrist! ) Dr Joy Singh and staff were wonderful to work with . Very competent and professional - plus - personable , basically nice folks who made a difficult process almost enjoyable . Oh , and my wrist is doing very well !"
"Overall they are very busy, I can’t help but feel I was forgotten as I sat in the waiting room an hour over my wait time. Doctor was great and staff was nice."
"Ryan Donahue PA-C was on time, very thorough, professional and answered all of my questions with attention to detail. He presented me with all the possible treatment options and helped me make the best decision possible to treat my injury. Bedside manner was incredibly kind and made me feel incredibly confident in the medical care I was receiving. I would recommend Ryan Donahue PA-C to all my friends and family for their orthopedic needs!"
"This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been in pain for the last 9 months but my current physician bedside manner was so bad I endured the pain. The moment I end the office I knew it was going to be different. The receptionist was amazing. The moment. The PA entered the room. Everything was amazing. He listened to me. Showed compassion and most of all concern. Answered all my questions. I was so hesitant about receiving a cortisone shot. I agreed and I’m so glad I did. My knee’s feel better the they have in 9 months. I’m tears I thank you. Renata Pratt"
"Beware: The seating in the waiting area isn't being cleaned in between persons sitting there. Mentioned to the medical staff and the ladies in the reception area how there was no social distancing with the seating. No one seemed to care. If the office isn't going to ensure that the seating is 6 feet apart, then require people to sit in their cars until its time for their appointment. If you are part of an immunocomprimised group, I suggest you sit in your car and wait. That being said, you will still need to get your temperature taken and check in. You will just need to provide staff with your phone number to be called when your doctor is ready for you. Should you decide to sit in the waiting area, bring your own sanitizing wipes to clean the seat in which you're going to sit. Pack your patience because it will be a long while before you're called back. I waited for an hour and saw others who came in long after me be seen and leave."
