"Hours not listed on website, care here is subpar. Been receiving HRT for over a year & staff are just incompetent. Doctor is always late, my prescriptions are always messed up (putting the wrong dose on, not giving refills, etc.) Initially meeting with them took over half a year, but I was fine with that wait knowing eventually I would receive care. But since my first appointment there has always been something wrong. Nurses are rude, condescending, and treat me like I don't know my own body. Phone is never picked up & when it is they misgender or mock patients. When I ask questions about my treatment I often get an "I don't know." If you are transgender go to Planned Parenthood, save yourself the stress. One of the worst facilities I have ever been in by far."
