"I love their facility. They are very friendly, professional and the therapist are great with kids!!"
"I have 3 kids who needed therapy. My oldest was the mildest but they pushed her through and said she was fine. My biggest issues are with my younger children who needed speech, PT, and OT. After a few sessions with my youngest they said she was fine speech and PT. So they dismissed her regardless of on going issues. Her Physical Rehabilitation doctor stated that still needs PT. Then they lost thier speech and PT people (my son was getting all 3 servixes) so my kids only got OT and went months without services for Pt and Speech. They said we could go to thier other locations, get re evaluated and (hope) to qualify for services there. Thier employees don't last long and see to leave at the drop of a hat. We then were out for 3 weeks. We informed them ahead of time of our absence and tried calling multiple times and left voice mails to get called back to reschedule so we would be in compliance with thier attendance policy. Well they NEVER called back and yesterday we had a family issue pop up and couldn't make it so they dropped us. Many times they cancelled our appointments or said they would contact us for days for appts and they never did Communication is HORRIBLE there! We went to VCU therapy and both kids qualified for services (Pt, OT and speech) when Ivy said they were fine. So they also provide poor care!"
"All of the staff is so friendly and professional! They made us feel welcomed and at ease from our very first appointment for my daughter. Rebekkah is such a great PT!"
"The therapy staff are wonderful and like a second family. They really are special and very knowledgeable! But the billing and administrative end of things is a mess. I had to re-submit the same paperwork (including insurance and Medicaid numbers and pages of background questionares!) 4 times in less than 2 years because things "got lost" or they "switched to new records systems." And months after my son left their care due to continued billing issues, we are STILL trying to get billing sorted out. Our last session was in March or April and in mid-September, they're still haggling with insurance to get bills settled because they submitted incorrect paperwork to the insurance company. (They claim the insurance company changed what was required and it's their fault, but none of my son's therapists at other locations have had that issue with the same insurance companies!) Mistakes happen, but their continued billing mistakes have cost me countless hours on the phone and my son has lost services even AFTER switching to a new therapy team."
"The providers have been really welcoming and helpful. Lauren is my sons OT provider and is amazing! She is the first person that my son trusted apart from me. His speech therapist Sarah Anne has got him saying new words after only a few sessions. Both have been very open with treatment plans and answering questions. The front office is having some staffing issues but they are all working hard to cover those responsibilities. Don't be put off if you have to get a call back at first the providers we have are worth it!"
