"Been a patient here for a few years. Over the last 6 months I have been unable to get them to order me supplies and for the last 2 months, I can’t get them to return a phone call. Here is the reply I finally got when I stated I was going to find a new doctor…. “Mr. Reeves, I have been doing sleep studies at night AND trying to help in the clinic. Also, it's the holiday and I get ONE vacation per year. I'm NOT working on my vacation. Good Luck at your new practice. Further more, our job is to diagnose you. Not to be involved in DME. WE have ZERO control over DME issues and I suggest you call and complain to the people ACTUALLY responsible for your supplies and that, is *not" this practice.” Absolutely horrible customer service!!!"

"So far, my rating of this place is "zero". I have an important question to ask these people, and I can never get through by phone. Every time I call, it auto routes the call to voice mail, but you cant leave a message because the "mail box is full". The receptionist should be fired for inability to perform his/her job."

"Dr. Julius and Leah are an unstoppable team. Last week I called in to the office to get a refill sent in for one of my medications. Leah told me that Dr. Julius had already faxed it in to the pharmacy! So I call the pharmacy to set up my shipment, only to have them tell me they haven’t received it. A day later I call the office again, and Dr. Julius sends in another fax. The weekend passes and I call the pharmacy, only to have them tell me they still haven’t received it. The pharmacist tells me something that contradicted what another pharmacist said when I called last week, so I get fed up and call the office again. Leah shared my frustration and called the pharmacy to give them a verbal authorization. I’ve been diagnosed for 4 years and this is the ONLY medical office I’ve been to where they truly understand how important meds are to us who need them. My greatest thanks to Dr. Julius and Leah for their help!"

"If I could give a zero star rating I would. I am absolutely disgusted and gobsmacked on the level of rudeness and disrespect that spilled from the receptionist/office managers mouth directed at me. Her name is Leah Montgomery and she is the nastiest person I have ever spoken to in my life! I had an appointment to set up a sleep study. Upon arrival of my very first visit I waited at least 10 minutes waiting at the desk to be checked in. There was a bell to alert someone was at the desk, I rang the bell ONE time and Leah came up and removed the bell and walked back in the back. I got told after my visit that the insurance stated it was not active and they could not run it. I than called my insurance and verified nothing was put through. I called numerous times and received no answer and no response back. I than receive a nasty email that you could just tell the tone the person was using when emailing that both her and the doctor had been calling and my voicemail was not set up. I than immediately called the office and told the women Leah that I had not received any calls and all other doctors and people were leaving voicemails just fine and I added I dis not appreciate the tone of her email and she than proceeded to start screaming and yelling at me talking down to me and being so nasty. I was in tears. My husband was across a field at a cemetery visiting a family member and he heard her screaming over the phone from across the cemetery. I never cursed at her or was rude or anything she than proceeded to scream at me saying find a different doctor and hung up on me! I than went into the office and requested to speak to a patient advocate and explained the situation they than went to speak with her and through the door I heard Leah the office manager stating she had every right to hang up on me because I was becoming abusive on the phone to her which I NEVER did. I have requested the phone call be pulled and listened to by management. Since it is the day before Christmas unfortunately I have to wait until after the holidays to have this handled. I am contacting channel 12 news and I will be showing all these other awful reviews as well to show I am not the only one who has had such a traumatic experience with this waste of space women."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Your office canceled my appointment 3 times. I understand that things happen. This location has technical failures and staffing issues that causes the need to reschedule. But when a patient has scheduled an overnight appointment only to have it canceled it disrupts our lives. I never once raised my voice and only seemed to inquire why the constant rescheduling. The lady on the phone yelled at me as if it was my fault and then hung up on me three different times. She was sarcastic and rude. I called to inform her that I had decided to take my business elsewhere and she yelled at me again and then hung up on me. The front office needs a real makeover. Patients seeking help to get better sleep should not be treated as a burden. The purpose of your office is to help patients sleep better not yell and hang up the phone. Shame on you."
