I explained that there was a unexpected expense and the tax preparer worked diligently to get my documents processed. Patience grace and kindness were all gifts given to me as I navigated the experience. I left with high spirits only to find out that my cars battery had died. Keep in mind it was raining and there were puddles all around. But she came out with a smile, umbrella and explained that she had helped someone last year with the same issue so she was prepared. They offered my family food as we waited because I had young ones and they had such an awesome ❤️. You both have a standing invitation to the cookout. See you again."
