They ran a whole bunch of unnecessary exams and still have not resolved my medical issue. They also do business as Richmond ENT, so when you see the name, run forest RUN!"

"Completely awful experience and I will never go back . Do not let them do anything without running “all”of what they plan to do through insurance. Otherwise, you'll most likely have to pay some absurd amount directly to them. Should have known not to go to a place with no positive feedback."
