"Stay away!!! They are disorganized, unprofessional and lazy. Only care about telling you over and over they needed my $1,598 co pay! However, they failed to tell me they needed a referral until the day of surgery when I arrived. Called me three times to make sure I knew to bring my co pay but never called, emailed not sent anything in the mail to say they needed a referral. My eye surgeon asked for one and was given a referral. Whomever is in charge of ensuring they follow up with patient in regards to referral needed should be fired for being lazy. The receptionist that pre registers you on booth 3 is uncaring had awful customer service skills and was unprofessional. Never ever go here they don’t deserve your hard earned money nor your insurance money. They will waste your time!"

"I had cataract surgery on January 6th and 13th of 2022. Dr. Michael is absolutely wonderful. From the time l entered having my temperature taken, admissions, giving my copay, the entire awesome nursing staff, the comforting anesthesiologist, l couldn't have been treated better. Their professionalism and kindness gave me the confidence that all was going to be fine. I'm so very grateful to them all. l've never seen better. The clear crisp colors are undescribable .l regret not having surgery sooner! May God continue to bless each of you and your family."
"I had a procedure there today and registration was quick and efficient! But I have to say that my nurse (I believe her name was Jeannette) was the kindest most gentle human I have ever met. I have had several spinal surgeries and am no stranger to the OR…even still there has only been one other nurse (15 years ago) that I still think about because she had such a lasting impression. I am so thankful for Jeannette and in 15 years will probably be thinking and praying for her too."
