"I was kept on hold for an hour about a billing question. More than once they have overcharged and for over a year I have had to constantly reach out for a refund because their entire billing team is incompetent and doesn't know the difference in an estimate and an actual cost."

"I was kept on line by an incompetent receptionist who barely spoke, breathed heavily into the phone the entire time, and took over half an hour to make an appointment: she left to check the availability of the appointment slot after she had offered it to me, then came back to finish the appointment, then after getting my credit card she said she had to book it (again??) and then came back and said that that appointment wasn’t available because I needed an in person appointment after all. This whole operation sounds like a scam."
