"I waited a long time to leave my review. Very disappointed in this clinic. I believe my doctor there misdiagnosed with blocked fallopian tubes. She told me I could not get pregnant without ivf. I paid for ivf (was told I don’t qualify for the money back guarantee program) and ended up getting 30+ eggs, 12 embryos, but not a single one made it to blastocyst. I’m still convinced something bad happened in their lab, which they deny. Anyways, two months after my egg retrieval I got pregnant naturally and I’m now 35 weeks. Dr. Johnston told me I couldn’t get pregnant without ivf due to blocked tubes, which ended up not being true. I feel like I was tricked into ivf. I attempted to get my money back, but they would not do it. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else."

"Do not be afraid to switch and leave shady grove in the rear view mirror. This is the worst experience dealing with something like fertility a delicate subject, you would expect something more than a mill. Received calls that were for other patients could never get anyone on the phone finance never kept appt times, battling attitudes from disgruntled staff, it was the worst experience you could ask for in a fertility clinic switched to another clinic and WOW is it what I expected simply amazing."

"I wish I would’ve looked at the number of one star reviews before I spent so much time and money here. This office is like a puppy mill. They get you in and out as quickly as possible so they can take as much money in as possible. The majority of the clinical staff that my husband and I interacted with were great but it didn’t outweigh the negative experience. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone when you need them, especially anyone in finance or billing (shocker). I didn’t get any response from this agency until I submitted a written complaint about the lack of response from their employees after leaving multiple messages for my financial counselor, billing, and even the financial counselors supervisor. They only want to communicate with their clients through a portal that is not iPhone friendly. When I would send questions through the portal some staff only read a sentence or two, only answered part of my inquiry, which resulted in me having to log back in, find the original message, and let them know they only answered part of my inquiry. What took 10-15 minutes could’ve been handled in a less than 3 minute conversation over the phone. Infertility is a stressful condition that should be reciprocated with human empathy, not based on communication through technology that is sub par. All fertility clinics may be this way but I would never recommend SGF to anyone who is struggling with infertility."
