"We established at this practice 2 years ago and were charged a fee to become patients of the provider. We really liked our provider but unfortunately he left. Every year for my annual physical which is covered 100% by insurance, I had major billing issues that took months to sort with Bon Secour and the office. Now, the provider has left and they have no male providers for my husband to see. On top of that, I was sent an "estimate" for my next annual physical which should be 100% covered. When I asked the office about it, they said it was because of a new billing program and VA law, but I would not actually be charged the fee. After the last couple of years and billing problems, I do not trust that I will not have months of billing issues. So, we are leaving this practice and I cannot recommend it to others."

"Such a horrible experience dealing with this doctor's office billing dept. Very disappointing that I liked the primary care physician I met with, only to be charged $185 for a routine physical and labwork that is supposed to be entirely covered by insurance. I've spent hours on the phone over the past month talking to my insurance company and with customer service, only to be redirected over and over again without any real answers or solutions. The med tech who treated me and several of their front desk staff have also been unfriendly and I would not ever return to this practice, despite liking the actual doctor who treated me."

"I had my first appointment here this month - everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and empathetic. The waiting room and building are nice. My experience with my NP and a NP in training was so positive! I am so happy to have established my ongoing care through this location."

"I have never had a problem visiting this location. The check in is always fast. Waiting in the waiting room wasn’t too bad. My NP KELLY BAKER is amazing. Always listens to my issues and makes sure I am taken care of with my medication. My Lab technician Stephanie was also amazing!!!"

"There seems to be no 0 stars and so I had to 1. I was charged for a physical appoint visit, after I moved my yearly physical appointment, from a downtown location to this for this year. They treated the visit as new patient appoitment, without informing me or alerting me of possible charges or notice that this will be a different than physical and I will be charged, at the time of taking appointment. While the insurance treats physical appointments as preventive care, other ones gets charged as per the deductible, etc. They didn't tell me that it will be a new patient visit, though all under Bon Secours. Called several departments and persons to fix this, but was met with extreme cold shoulder. Don't call yourself a charity institution if you cannot think about and help people."
