"Always great service from check in to the end of my appointment. Started going to this office in July of 2020. Was seeing Dr. Karim Masri until earlier this year before he left, he was awesome. Just started seeing Dr. Colin Ligon today, he is also awesome."
"So, I got a referral back in October. I called and spoke "Janelle" in October and was told i would get a call from the practice to schedule for the doctor. ~After attempting several calls and messages, I finally I went to the office to follow up and was told there that the Dr. would be retiring at the end of the year, and the only one taking new patients could see me until August 2022. How suckie is that! And her customer service demeanor lacked much to be desired ."
"At this center people are completely rude and they don't mind treating you in a kind or respectful way. From my first appointment they treated me with their loud voice and making me feel unappreciated, the first time they gave me an appointment and after waiting for the appointment for almost 5 months they called me the day before my appointment to tell me that they had placed 2 appointments for it. hour with the same doctor, who had to move my appointment to 1 more month. The second appointment happened the same, they called me to tell me that my appointment could not be at that time because there was another person scheduled. Which seemed disrespectful to my time, I wrote by mychar to the doctor ligon what was happening and he told me to go to the consultation anyway it was not my fault. But being there they make you feel that everything must be fast and under pressure to attend you, something that should be with attention and respect for an appointment as important as rheumatology. Now for a third appointment my work must make an accommodation because I have limitations diagnosed by Dr. Ligon, and I have sent messages to the doctor, I have gone to the office 3 times to say that they must complete the forms that my work asks for and they are not able to help me, I have been waiting since May for Dr. Ligon to complete these forms and NO ONE is interested in doing it, since then I have not been able to work and they do not care at all about your needs. You should definitely go to another center with people who value you !!!! BECAUSE HERE IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE."
"This is one of the most low-effort practices I've ever come across. I received great care from Dr. Agrawal, but after she left last year, I was transferred to Dr. Patel and my experience here has since been disappointing and perhaps life-threatening. Dr. Patel does not seem interested in listening to his patients and makes you feel dumb, does not get your medications right or confirm them on your After Visit Summary, and a majority of the staff seem uninterested in assisting you or your preferred pharmacy with getting you your prescriptions in a time sensitive manner. Some of the staff is at least very kind and comforting (I love Nurse Tish!), but it's unfortunately not enough to make me feel safe or happy with the care I receive here. Searching for a new Rheumatologist, and hopefully it will not take months this time."
"I have been to Dr. Agrawal three times. She quickly diagnosed RA. The fact is I have sereonegative RA. She has been professional and recommended a Barium Swallow because I am having newly formed swallowing issues. Because of this it was discovered that I two GI issues that will be addressed. I deducted a star because after my first two appointments the staff called me afterwards to make an appt. that I made while I was there. Also my second appt. went from in-person to telemedicine back to in-person. Overall am satisfied with this practice."
