"I have never called pivot. my dr. faxed a script to them, and I haven’t had the time to call them and schedule an appointment yet, and after this experience I definitely won’t be. They’ve called my mom (no idea how they got her number) multiple times and left multiple messages. I don’t live with my mom, her number is not associated with any of my medical info, and my mom herself has never gone to pivot. In one of these voicemails, they said they scheduled an appointment for me. I, nor my mother, EVER CALLED THEM. then, in another voicemail, they said I missed my appointment. WHAT?? absolutely bizarre experience and I will be finding somewhere else to do PT"
