Jovial Smiles Dental

"Trash. Do not come here. They only have 2 DENTIST & work on multiple patients at a time. There is only 1 dentist working each day. I assume they rotate. They cannot concentrate on you. Although the woman is very kind, I was unable to get my filling done correctly. I was stabbed lightly across my gum line which made a slight puncture & made it bleed. Bc she was so I kind I didn’t make it a huge issue. Once I got home I took pictures and looking at my front teeth the job just looked messy. 6 days later the filling broke. I called the staff several times asking for a copy of my X-rays so that I could go to a place with better dental care. It took me nearly a month to get them. Due to them already charging my insurance for the previous visit my insurer said that as an option I can go back to them to see if they can repair the damage they caused. I called in advance and asked them to please make sure that the next dentist can fully concentrate on me as a patient on not be overbooked and have to work on multiple people at one time. I’m assuming the next dentist who was a male didn’t take to kind to the complaints and requests that I made in advance. The ladies at the front desk began to whisper when they found out it was me. By the time the dentist was ready to see me he was visibly upset. The male dentist is extremely rude. He asked “how can I help you”. I started to explain my last experience so I can lead up to why I’m back with a broken filling and he interrupted me saying he doesn’t need to here about my previous experience. I walked out of the office and left him and his ego there alone. There are plenty of dental offices to choose from this one is ghetto."

The time came for my appointment and i was brought to the back instantly and attended even faster. A casual 6 month cleaning was done in such a timely and efficient manner. If you are looking for a new dental place this is it!! 10/10!"
