"These people are so incompetent. They put you on hold for over 20 minutes. Give you wrong information regarding policies and don’t pick up the phone to fix it. The lady “secretary” or “front desk” is ignorant and rude. I think her name is Karen. Her attitude through the phone fits her name. If you got the opportunity to get a different insurance agency. DO IT. This one is not it."

"I’ve had a major insurance increase and had questions .. I called in and was continuously put on hold! I was told I would receive a call back when I finally got through and never received that call.. I called back and was then I was spokey to in a combative manner! The representative over talked the whole convo. I was spoke to like my business wasn’t worth anything!! Take your business else where! Not a good Agency! Very rude!! Go with a company that has your best interest"

"I was with this agent for couple years (they raised my monthly payment by $120 a month with the only explanation of all insurance fees went up. The worst part supposedly your agent is there to help or at least explain why they increase your payment. I was okay with them but lately the assistants were so rude and unprofessional. I requested 20 minutes of my agent time to talk to him because I want to add another vehicle but for my surprise they read my message and decided not to respond at all I was expecting at least for professional reasons for answers a (sure I'll get back to you) but nothing. That's why I learned If your not happy with your agent service Get another one there's a lot of insurance company waiting for us."
