"had an awesome therapist, stopped going due to HORRIBLE administration/office. after a few months of being therapist-less, I gave pagano another chance in hopes of being able to consistently talk to my therapist as he has been amazing over the last few years. however, pagano never answers the phone when I contact them. they reset my patient portal, but never provided the “temporary password” required to reset to a new password. response time is typically terrible through text message as well. you’d think the staff was playing a “who can do less work?” game with the amount of issues I have had with the office/admin."
"I had a video appointment scheduled with my therapist who I really loved seeing. I took off work and everything for it. I went to search for the link for the video, and saw via email that my appointment had been cancelled. I called the office and they said that my therapist was gone and probably wasn’t coming back and that they could schedule me with a different therapist if I wanted. 1.) Y’all should have called me immediately and told me that my session was canceled over the phone so I didn’t have to waste my PTO. Incredibly inconsiderate. 2.) Why would I want to see/talk with someone that I don’t know at all? Especially when my therapist had list of things we were working on with lots of notes and progress. Incredibly disappointed with this clinic."
"I had been going for two years weekly. Twice I have had no warning of my therapist no longer working and one of them I found out the day before with an impersonal text. There has only been a couple of people who were helpful but they’re no longer at the location and no one else is helpful. This is no longer a safe space for mental health and I would never recommend this institution to anyone. The two therapists that I have had were amazing and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. But this institution is not the place to be no matter how aesthetically pleasing it may be."
"Okay, so walking into Pagano felt a bit like walking into a friend's space– super welcoming and just the kind of vibe you want when you're about to dive deep. Whoever takes care of the plants should start a greenhouse. They are real. I checked. Big shoutout to their admin crew – you guys are doing something right! Seriously, after all of the no's I'd gotten having someone answer on the first ring is priceless. Now, about the therapists: It’s like chatting with someone who not only gets it but really knows their stuff. Ok, this was annoying, but get this - they had me fill out some forms before my first appointment. At first, I thought, "Oh, paperwork..." but I really see why they do it. By the time I sat down, my therapist already had a good idea about my background. That's a game changer, trust me. Scheduling? Easy-peasy. And texting them felt like chatting with a friend, which I honestly didn't expect from a therapy place? Just being able to have someone answer me was already above my expectations. The billing part was transparent, and they have this super useful online portal. Just a heads up, be on top of your deductibles and paperwork– they lay down those boundaries clear as day. Oh, and I've been raving about this place to pretty much anyone who’ll listen. If you’re thinking of going, just do it. You won’t regret it. Cheers to Pagano Wellness Clinic for making the whole therapy experience feel like a breeze!"
"I do not believe PWC has a commitment to their patients. I experienced an overnight power outage lasting into my morning session time and decided to contact the office after 10 minutes of trying to get logged in. I inquired about rescheduling and the lady who answered the phone was so disrespectful in her sweetness, "I'd hate to have to charge you for a late cancel." That's easy - then don't. I've been a weekly patient for almost a year now and have never canceled. There was no understanding or grace offered for something that occurred outside of my control. Because of their inability to extend compassion in a difficult situation a) I had a shorter session time (but they had no problem collecting the full fee!) and b) I incurred significant data overage charges because power out = WiFi out. I would leave the practice if my therapist (James Hovermale) wasn't so AMAZING. I will recommend him but not Pagano Wellness Clinic in general."
