"Office and scheduling service are terrible. Call and you will be told that there are no dates open to receive a sleep study. I have been trying to schedule a sleep study since December 2023. I have now received two automated calls, two text messages and two emails to contact the facility to schedule my sleep study. When I call I get the same response that there are no open dates and that they do not know when there will be dates opened. When asking if they could recommend another facility I was told to hold on and I would be transferred to the person who can answer that. Straight to a voicemail. Moving on to find someone who wants to actually provide the service."

"Two months ago I gave them a five star review. NOT ANYMORE....I've been trying to get my prescription refilled since 1/12/2021. Have left (3) messages in my portal, (3) voicemail messages and a message through their website. I have NOT heard back from anyone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Poor customer service! Like Paula said in her review it hasn't always been this way until now."

"I had an appointment today. I was prepared for a difficult experience. To my surprise it went very well. First I had to call several times and did get a live person, each time and they were most helpful. They were professional and very helpful. I advised them if they had seen the reviews on the internet and that I was hesitant to come back. The receptionist assured me they were working on the issues that caused some of the problems people were experiencing. They have hired a scheduler and a front desk person. I think they are on the road to recovery. They are in a bigger, nicer office. I think you guys will be pleased."

"Sleep clinic of America is one of the worst sleep clinics here in Richmond Virginia. I did a sleep study approximately 2 weeks ago came to get my results today August 16th and was told my results haven't been read as of today and I needed to reschedule my appointment to receive my readings. The problem I have with them is no one contacted me to notify me that my results wasn't ready and this isn't the first time I've had an issue with them. I've also had my appointments cancelled without being notified. They are known to call/email you by using a automatic system to confirm your appointment, but your appointment still may be canceled or they don't know why you have an appointment scheduled."

"I have been a patient for 8 years. I just showed for my 6 month check up Hioaks - I called a month ago to verify my appointment it was confirmed by them that I had an appointment with Dr. Adams . In the meantime, NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER the office is shut down/moved. No notice whatsoever my doctor left the practice. This place is seriously unprofessional and this is patient abandonment which is medical malpractice. Same as other people here, I had gone through several doctors. I am beyond livid right now. EDIT: 2/14: Of course today they tell me Dr. Adams left in Oct 2018. Well I let them know I recorded the call of the appointment confirmation on January 11th and tell them if he left in Oct 2018 and why did they confirm an appointment in January with him? Right, no answer to that rather relevant question. I am going to find a more professional practice. Seriously go somewhere else. I am surprised this place doesn't get sued out of existence."
