"Not personally the audiology team but the speech therapist Allison. In 2017 my 3 year old son who wears cochlear implants was attending camp talk at bon air. Everything until this point was fine. Any way Allison ask to purchase bus tickets to ride the bus to attend camp talk. I turned her down 3 times until she pushed the tickets on me. After the 3rd day of camp( camp last a week) she storm in the bathroom and going to say to me real snarly" did I just see you get out of a car. Not knowing the reason I was in a car. Not known to her we had issues with the bus system about our son's stroller. I feel the only reason she gave us the bus tickets was to maker her self feel proud. Nothing was the same after that issue. I have had this on my heart for almost 4 years now."
"My daughter has been a patient at VCU Audiology for 12 years. Jennifer and Sean have always been very caring and compassionate at every visit. There are downtown and Stony Point options making visits more accessible. We are always greeted promptly and they stick to their schedule so there are minimal wait times. I would highly recommend!"
"GREAT OFFICE!!! We have been coming to this office for 6 yrs now. Everyone has been so friendly, professional and goes above and beyond for our son and that is why we drive an hour to his appointments and will always continue too. If we could give this office 10 stars we would because they truly deserve it. Thank You all for everything that you do!!!!"
"Because I am under my husband’s insurance so when I got pregnant I switched from Bom Secure system into VCU hospital and that was such a mistake. The staff there were just don’t care not to mention the clinic itself was dated. The scheduling system is a mess, if you want to seek quick medical attention, you got better chance at somewhere else, because if you want to schedule for primary care you have to wait more than six months before you got to see a doctor. By the time they schedule you in, you either cured on your own already or symptoms got much worst than it could have prevented from the first place."
"Be aware, these Doctors consult each other. You will get a bill from MCV with several Dr's charges. They see a patient as a dollar sign. My wife went to the Cancer center. They told us, they got this and treated for 18 months. They told us she's doing fine, see you next week. Rule 1, DON'T SIGN ANYTHING LET THE CANCER PATIENT SIGN . 2, BE A WHERE OF THE OVER BILLING & STUDENTS MISTAKES COST YOU. 3, BE AWARE OF THE LYING AND DECEPTION IN ORDER TO KEEP BILLING YOU. THEY KNOW YOU DON'T HAVE A CHANCE YOUR JUST A PAY CHECK. My wife passed away and I had to sell my house to pay the $ 896,000.00 bill. CANCER PATIENTS PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE."
