"Took out newborn in for an appointment and their staff has multiple issues of getting vials of blood, and due to us deciding we would be doing our daughters appointment with another office who actually knew how to draw blood, we were reported to cps for not doing our newborn screening with them but another pediatrician Of course the claim was dropped but even though this happened years ago,I hope my review can help other new parents who don't want to see their child tortured due to their incompetence and then to be reported when we are loving parents is shameful. Do not go here ..we have had a wonderful experience at commonwealth pediatrics Dr. Ayers n"

The woman on the phone quickly confirmed my insurance and set up a visit for that weekend! Location and parking are super convenient. When we checked in, the receptionist was very polite. My son barely had time to enjoy the fish in the waiting room aquarium, because our wait time was so short! We saw Dr Schneider who was warm, down-to-earth, and explained EVERYTHING (to both me AND my toddler son). She didn’t try to scare or guilt trip me about anything. I felt listened to, respected, informed, and reassured. As we were leaving, I stopped to let my son look at the fish, and the receptionist double-checked with me just to make sure I wasn’t waiting on anything. We’ve moved a lot and seen our fair share of pediatricians, and this whole experience at The Pediatric Center was refreshingly easy and straight-forward."
