"If you need travel vaccines, I recommend this clinic. Jamie was a total professional!"
"My son went to this clinic last month (9/2022) to get vaccines for a study abroad program. Besides his vaccines, he was given a very nice list of travel recommendations and brochure. He was supposed to ALSO get a subscription for malaria pills, to be called into our pharmacy. Not only was this not done, and we had to call Passport Health several times to get the RX, but the WRONG AMOUNT of pills was called in. He only got enough for two weeks, when his trip is for 3 months (clearly recorded on the paperwork). Long story short, we spent several days of trying to get someone at PassportHealth to call in more pills; we left many messages at several numbers and actually talked to someone a couple of times on the phone, as did our pharmacist. The prescription was NEVER called in. My son had to leave without the proper amount and he will have to try to remedy this on his own in a foreign country. The clinic itself didn't seem to be staffed--there was only a nurse who arrived late to the office for our appointment. Check out the place before you decide to go. It's a tiny office down a darkish, unmarked hallway in a business center."
"A little bit scammy. The location is hard to find. No outside sign, buried inside an office building that is almost completely unmarked. The office is tiny, no windows, staffed by a single RN (no doctor),and no one else. Received information I could get from a 5 minute google search (I know this because the RN literally did a google search in front of me to answer a question). Was there about 15-20 minutes, left nearly $600 poorer, and got 2 common vaccines. Go literally anywhere else. Like maybe a doctor. The only reason for not giving 1 star is that the RN was friendly."
"Do not use this place. Cold and callous. They are in it for your money and absolutely no humanity. They are expensive, unhelpful and very commercial. If your results of your PCR test are not out in time for your flight (doesn't matter if you have done everything that you are required to do) they make you sign a disclaimer , as they also simultaneously tell you that results should be out before your flight. You will lose your money and will need to get retested. Their solution is to see if there is another place that can test you and have a more rapid turn around of a test. Absolutely cold and callous customer service. I wonder how many of the associates working there have actually been on a trip internationally. If they have, they perhaps would be sensitive to the logistical issues that can arise if you cannot make your flight. You tell them you flight details on the phone and they advise you of the 'best' time to come in. I feel totally scammed."
"I went here for travel vaccinations a month before my planned trip. However, I was not able to receive any vaccinations because the nurse on duty wasn’t familiar with expecting patients. She looked a lot of stuff up online that I’d already told her but she ultimately decided to tell me to go see someone else. I was in there maybe 30 minutes and received nothing I went there for and was still charged $85. I recommend anyone needing travel vaccines to go to Patient First instead. They’re cheaper and the doctors actually know how to handle most circumstances. And insurance actually covers some vaccinations."
