"My recent experience - I called to make an appointment on 12/28/2022 for my brother. This would have been initially for a financial screening. If he passed the screening then a doctors appointment would be scheduled for a later date. The appointment was made for 1/3/2023 at 9:30 am. The person that scheduled the appointment (I do not recall her name but she had a Spanish accent) did not mention any STRICT RULES if a person cannot make an appointment. On Saturday 12/31/2022 we realized he would need to reschedule the appointment. I tried to call the clinic on Monday 1/2/2023, but they were closed for the New Year holiday. The recording stated you could leave a message but all the recording did was keep repeating messages in English then repeating the same message in Spanish, but not letting me leave an actual voicemail message. I called two times this morning 1/3/2023 starting at 8:30 (the time they open) to let them know my brother cannot make it to the appointment. The first call, I was holding for about 30 minutes, then the phone hung up. The second time I called I was holding for about 10 to 15 minutes. The person that answered the phone today (with the Spanish accent) was very rude and said that this would be considered a "no show' since we are calling the same day of the appointment, and that no other appointment can be scheduled. I explained that I attempted to do the right thing but unfortunately because of the holiday, today was the only day I could notify them. She said I should have canceled the appointment on Friday. I also mentioned that I was holding for almost 45 minutes to attempt to notify them, and then she had the audacity to tell me that I was only holding for "13 minutes". I asked to speak to a Supervisor and then she told me the Supervisor will tell me the same thing. Then I was transferred to someone's voicemail. I called back and spoke to someone named Julie in the Administrative Office. I explained all of the above to Julie, and she never bothered to even ask my brothers name, so that means she was not going to look into anything for us. Before I hung up with Julie, I told her I will put a review about my experience with their clinic on the internet. And I kept my word."

"I called earlier today to ask about the services they offer and the person who answered the phone could barely speak english. She was also extremely rude and hung up the phone before I could finish asking my questions. Horrible service. Would not recommend."

"First of all i got to say is that Norma, the hispanic receptionist is very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable over the phone and in person by not following the privacy policy. My boyfriend and i were there to get tested for STD, she said i had a transmitted disease because she knew clearly who had cheated on who acting as a doctor herself. I was in shock by her response over the phone made me feel trust issues with my partner, we decided to go in person, again she was rude asking who i was to him when we were both there to just simply get tested. We wanted to apply for new patient. I have never been humiliated by such manners at a clinic. All she had to do was give us the correct information and application with a more professional attitude without interfering with peoples personal life. We will be going to a different clinic where we are respected and our privacy is also respected."

You're not always called for your appointment on time, which is very frustrating, and they won't even let you know what is happening. They'll just let you sit there. Not very professional"
