"Jean Viller is signal handedly the most unprofessional "professional" I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He sets appointments that he's always late to. You have to basically harass him just so he can send your prescriptions to the pharmacy, and half the time he's not even there. He has no capability to listen whatsoever, you would have better results talking to a brick wall (at least the brick wall would listen.) He refuses to adjust or even consider the patient's point of view. You are better off finding an ACTUAL psychologist to talk to, because frankly that man has got to be a fraud."

"I’m hurt. It saddens me that’s our own people. My friend got evicted with 3 children and it’s cold outside. Supervisor stated she would call back never did. The kids are catching colds, no proper meals or housing. My folks tried calling before the eviction no answer. Tbh caseworker never answer she had to go through her supervisor who ultimately still dropped the ball. DO BETTER !"

"No disrespect, but ALL five stars are Rick!! I came in expecting the "usual" unwelcoming and unapproachable demeanor and was pleasantly surprised and very happy with Rick's service at the Minnesota Avenue NE location. He was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, meek and relatable, I can't remember the last time I actually laughed so much and enjoyed a 45 minute assessment intake. I'll definitely be back at this location where for ten years, Rick has held it down!!!!!!!"

"I am appalled at the service I received from P. Thorton at MBI health services on Sheriff Road NE. She is in a position to provide help to others when in need but does the exact opposite. She is unprofessional and very dismissive. She doesn’t give correct information or complete answers to anything asked of her. Her entire demeanor is not the best for someone who is serving others. She will do anything to cover up her behavior. I reported her to MBI and no one has reached out to me about my concerns. This has been a horrible experience for me in a time of need. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone."

"Really mismanaged, disorganized, and inefficient. I would not recommend this home health agency for your loved one- there are other more reputable ones. We’ve gone more than 10 days at a time without services for our loved one because of the lack of organization. Highly would advise looking elsewhere."
