"Dr. Christopher Kaufman is a fantastic dermatologist: I have had to get several biopsies recently and have had to come back a few times to ensure everything was removed. Everyone in the office has always been professional and kind. And it's always very easy to get an appointment!"
"Both my wife and I have had terrible experiences with this Doctors office. For myself, I was left to wait over an hour before seeing the doctor. I had my one year old daughter with me and due to her schedule, we had to leave before I got seen. When I returned for a rescheduled appointment, I was 10 minutes late and I was told that I wouldn’t be seen. It’s okay for the doctor to be over an hour late, but not me to be 10 minutes late. For my wife it is even worse. She had a mole that needed to be removed. They did a biopsy and then attempted to remove it. I say attempted because they botched the procedure and didn’t get the whole thing. Then they never called with the results of the biopsy for weeks. We needed a second appointment to get rid of the rest of the mole, which they took another biopsy and guess what? They didn’t call again! It took a weeks to fix a simple issue and learn what was going on."
"Receptionist Debra I believe is her name is very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled by her via phone call day prior. I get there after going to the wrong location, and she didn't have me in the system. The wait time was way too long. I'm not sure if the office is like that but I canceled. She asked me the reason for leaving and was rude when I was explaining. Would not recommend until they spend some time on customer service. If I could have given that experience a zero I would."
"I visited there twice and it was a pretty bad doctor's office. It was like I was in a middle to high school cafeteria. The individuals at the desk and the nurses extremely loud and gossiping. Also I was pretty appalled with Dr. Kris Kaufman who was very loud, rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. I felt like I paid $30 per visit for smoke. I will never go there again unless everyone working there can go down to the Landmark Professional Pharmacy to get some Miralax and prove how they can avoid the bathroom for two days after taking it."
"We went in for laser hair removal for my wife. Today was her second session (she has had over 10 sessions before with another parctice and she knows how things work). She told the technician, I think her name is Sherly, that she did not feel like the preivous times when after a session, the hairs that grow out of the skill will come off with a simple touch. Initially she did not want to listen to the point and kept saying what she wanted to say, which was general infomation that we already knew. She kept at it, and when I was trying to explain to her our concern, she got angery. when she was trying to shave off the hair in preparation of the session, she cut a pimple on my wife's face that caused her pain and started bleeding. she brought a gauze to clearn it without telling her it had alcohol. she was very agitated and anger. She yelled at us that she was going to give us the treatment for free and she yelled "what more do you want me to do?". We declinded the free session and walked out. After that I called dr. Kaufman who is the owner of the parctice, we was not much better than his technician and tried to sweet talk us out of it without any real solution. It is a substandard practice, the human interaction is substandard and the service we received was technically inferrior, even though they claim it is the gold standard of laser. It is not."
