I've been grateful for Dr. Amy Bernstein's patience and skill. She has worked with consistent good humor and high professionalism to find hearing aids that can help me in the toughest hearing situations--crowded restaurants, noisy cars, and group gatherings--where catching consonant sounds and higher pitches is particularly difficult.
