"I did not get the chance to even meet with Dr Engel as the receptionist Marie Louse really upset me with her behavior, and I went back to my PCP to provide me with a different doctor in the same building in Chevy Chase. In fact I arrived at his office with very strong kidney pain asking to see the doctor. I was told that the Doctor has left for the day which I fully understood and so requested an appointment the following day in the morning as the pain was really killing me. The receptionist was so rude, disrespectful and did not even dare turn to me so we can talk. She would be looking at her computer, sitting like she was in her Living room Sofa. I remained patient and calm though my pain and asked her if she managed to find me a time for the following morning. then she again replied NO THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY IN THE MORNING BUT IN THE AFTERNOON ONLY, without even looking at me, with a rude face, no smile, nothing...I asked her if she could squeeze me between appointments as I was really in pain but nothing, it was like I was talking to a rock. Then I told her frankly that she has been rude since the beginning and she is not making any effort to help me, then here your go she would look at me and say i can't do anything. I went back to my PCP and then the second assistant (with light long hair) followed my to my PCP office, saying that she could find me an appointment tomorrow morning. I can come and she will find time for me. To sum up with, I don't know what this Marie louise has against me, but she definitely does not deserve the job of a nurse or a doctor's assistant. It is all about humans in such jobs and she is clueless of what does this mean. I never give bad ratings to anybody as I believe that none of us would want to lose their jobs, but this one I promise if I was her employer I would fire her immediately. She will ruin your reputation as a Doctor. I am happy to provide more details to the doctor if needed, as there is much more to say so let me stop here. Thanks."
