"Appointment at 930, I was told to arrive 20 minutes early for checkin. I arrived at 910, got checked in , and waited until 10 am. When I asked the front desk they said the doctor is “few minutes delayed.” Not being seen 30 minutes after your appointment is not a few minutes! Eventually they told me doctor won’t even be able to get to me until closer to 1030, and the appointment won’t end until after 11 as it was a 45 min appt. I had to reschedule to get back to work, after wasting 50 minutes waiting and not to mention the commute time back and forth."

"I did not receive quality care. My doctor of two years, Dr. Kodroff, lied to me in an appointment, telling me that she would increase my frequency of my pain medications. She said she had no problem doing this, TO MY FACE, "Why would I have a problem with this? You're active and have a sparkle in your eye." Then she didn't do that. She didn't refill my one of my meds at all, and then refused to call in a refill on another med. She never bothered to call me to tell me that she couldn't do the refill or to offer other suggestions. But when it came time to refill she left me with nothing. Empty and abandoned. It was awful. She set me up for failure. I tried to make an appointment to talk to her about this because I didn't understand. She refused. Her MA cancelled my appointment twice and told me the second time that Dr. Kodroff refused to talk to me. I came to her to be my primary care doctor, to be a central hub for my prescriptions and care and follow ups after a double lobectomy and four rounds of chemotherapy. I had seen her for two years and told her that recently my pain had increased. The med I take for pain that I wanted one extra dose of is Tramodol. My dose is way under the dose limit of the drug and she had been refilling it for two years. Well, I found out why my pain increased. My cancer is back. Dr. Kodroff is a quack. She has forgotten the part about, "First, do no harm." She hurt me badly. I have never had a doctor treat me this poorly, ever, and I am 68 years old. I will never pay this bill. I will never recommend this practice. There is not one person in this office who has a heart. BTW All of their 5 star ratings are either 3 years old or they are for a doctor that has passed away, who was apparently well loved. No one is happy there now."

"Been going here for almost ten years I believe (a couple different offices). Their new prescription refill system is awful. I take a statin I’ve been on for ten years. They are always reluctant to refill prescription without a check up. I get that but it’s super annoying. Feels like I’m getting extorted so I can get my prescription. Worst of all they say they’re gonna send prescription. Go to cvs they don’t have it. Rinse and repeat this thing 4 times. Tell me I need a check up. Go to check up, they say they’ll refill. Then again they don’t send it. Long story short they have a ton of broken systems, they take forever to pick up the phone. They want you to use their online system and it doesn’t even work. Place has absolutely no value on its patients time. Doctors and staff are nice fwiw."

"I’ve been a patient of this practice for a little over 7 years now. I was a patient of Dr. Dinesh. After hearing of her passing I was left heartbroken. She was such a wonderful doctor. She was nurturing, caring and kind. Among much more. Just what you would want in a PCP. I honestly did not want to see another doctor and had a rough time accepting what had happened…I was worried, I would not find that quality of care in another provider. I was in the office two weeks ago to have my annual physical and was seen by Dr. Kodroff. I couldn’t have been more impressed. She listen to me, she didn’t rush. She understood my anxiety about the change in doctor and did everything she could to make me comfortable. All my questions were answered and I left the office with confidence, that I was once again in great hands. The office staff, from the front desk to the medical assistant and the phlebotomist, were extremely nice and have always been so accommodating. They are a great representation of the care you will receive at this office. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly. ❤️"
