"The staff is very friendly and they show concern for the patients. Dr. Cherrick is wonderful, he took his time to talk with me and answer all my questions, his PA was great, showed concern for how I was feeling. I returned a few days later for a procedure and again everyone was friendly, helpful and showed concern for my problem and how I was feeling."

As a chronic pain patient of 20 years, the challenges of finding a spine/pain practice when moving interstate are insurmountable. Saving the best for last, Dr. Cherrick was kind, empathetic, thorough, and understanding. He did not hand me a prescription and rush me off. He took his time, answering my questions, to calm the anxiety that comes with changing spine doctors after staying with one spine surgeon for 15 years. Dr. Cherrick was the right choice for my current needs."

"I love this office and the staff. The only thing that I would suggest improving is learning their patients titles. For example, I am Dr. Clark and some know this. They should ask the patient in the paperwork what we would prefer to be called. Some patients may correct the staff in a nasty manner. I am polite when I tell them that I am Dr. Clark."

"The doctors and PAs are good, when you finally get to see them. There is constant turnover of staff which is symbolic of their poor management at this location. The waiting times with all of the clinicians is never less than 30 minutes, even when you have one of the first appointments of the day. It is obvious that patient's time is not valued and that patients are just $$$."

"My wife visited their Alexandria clinic twice. In each, the doctor spent 5-7 minutes after long wait times. The treatment she received in this clinic was so poor. In both occasions, the Dr. did not allocate sufficient time to listen to her and explain what the plan was moving forward. So, my wife decided to go somewhere else. Which she did and eventually had to have a operation because it was too late to remedy with other options. For the two poor and short visits they decided to charge us $550 and $510 respectively. This is clearly overcharged. The new clinic she went charged $310 for the initial visit (and the rest of the costs were rolled into the cost of the surgery). First thing, do not go to this clinic, you will not receive a good treatment. The don't see you as HUMAN patients, they see you cash cows they can milk. Second, I've called them 6 times to file a complaint about the charges. I've told them the costs are too high. Normally, I'd pay $30-50 after the insurance adjustment/payment. For them, I've received $154 and $110 as my responsibility. A lot of people would just pay these cost not to bother with fighting them. It wasn't okay for me. Which is why I called 6 times. Unfortunately, they were not interested in helping out. They clearly threatened, they will give our account to the collection agency if we do not pay the whole amount as-is. And, they do not have any mechanisms to submit a claim/dispute. Again, you are not a human who need a health help. You are a customer of a money printing business which makes half a grand in 5-7mins time-windows. All that said, this clinic is the only one. It is the corrupt healthcare system in this country allows such money-oriented people occupying such critical roles."
