"I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Fishman and his staff. They all started out great and helped me through the diagnosis process. However, once my insurance denied approval for the treatment Dr. Fishman recommended, they completely abandoned me. He didn’t prepare me for an insurance denial and afterwards failed to keep me updated with the process. I reached out countless times through the portal and left voicemails with no response. Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. I finally got an appointment scheduled and requested it be virtual knowing it would be a waste of time to drive there. Dr. Fishman had me waiting for 45 minutes before I gave up and decided to seek treatment elsewhere. Clearly my time is not respected. It’s also very hard to get the front desk to answer the phone without waiting on hold for at least 10 minutes. Overall this practice and doctor were not worth my time especially with such a stressful and sensitive situation."

"Dr. Gray was very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional Dr. Gray did a thorough exam and then thoroughly explained to me what is going on with my hand. He discussed/explained what it possibly could be and said that there were 3 medications we could try and then explained why he preferred the one he prescribed for me. I turned 65 this year and was using a large HMO that I really liked, but it takes 6-8 weeks to get a specialist appointment and then some of them are so busy"
