"Back in the area and needed to find a new Doctor. Cigna reviews rated Dr. Kim very highly so I scheduled an appointment. I was blown away by the level of care I received. For the first time in a long time, a Doctor talked TO me instead of AT me regarding my medical questions and concerns. Another important thing to add. The front office staff was super friendly for the initial scheduling, paperwork, and follow-ups. Had to call earlier today to reschedule and they were very pleasant to talk to. Very happy with this practice!"

"Excellent Doctor keeps me going to him, but the worst rude, incompassionate, and most incompetent staff one could ever experience to the point they made me go to two different offices over two days and twice today between Annandale and Fairfax to get medical leave letter signed which was supposed to have been signed and emailed a month ago when I went for clearance for surgery with several requests from my employer with total disregard that I had my back surgery only two weeks ago with no concern about pain or discomfort only so they could collect deductible and $70 for a signature on the leave form. I would have been more than happy to pay twice his practice fee just not to experience discomfort and unpleasantness."

"Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and effective all while maintaining a friendly manner. I have lived with migraines my entire life and his recommendations completely solved that issue. His staff have always been pleasant to deal with and helpful/ professional. Highly recommend! Oh and the parking is plentiful which is always welcomed."

"Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and very good with his patience. However, the staffs are disgruntled, unfriendly, unprofessional. I had an opportunity to be YELLED at by one of the staff there. They can’t response back in English, therefore very hard to communicate. They are stubborn and will not care if the patient is uncomfortable or not. The staffs need to be trained or learn on how to talk to the patients more politely with RESPECT, or they will be out of the business soon. Don’t recommend them. Go somewhere else where they treat you better."
