Inova Cares Clinic for Families - Annandale

"I agree with Kazi's review about replacing the front desk ladies. They pick and choose who they want to greet and help. This is just my observation because I have been a patient at this clinic for about four years. The "care" and "families" in Inova Cares Clinic for Families seems to be lacking throughout my visits. That said, one of the providers, Dr. Kieu Giang B. Le is a wonderful doctor. Every time I see her, she always cares and displays a friendly demeanor towards me."

"I wish I could give 0 stars, my two daughters have been there regular patient .they are the worst worst customer service I’m not recist but in receptions full bunch of Spanish receptionists who only help their people if you have any urgent matters or any urgent need they never take your call ..I called over 20/30 calls to talk to them about urgent issues ,if I complain about it they said they are so busy they are not sitting bla bla ..so they are expert on arguing . So few days ago I went to the doctor while I was waiting in lobby there is one young Spanish receptionist women who is literally laughing and flirting with the Spanish mid age man so yeah they’re busy flirting with a man patient and not picking up all your phone calls guys , i never reviewed or any complaints about anything but today i fed up ..my daughter is sick and it’s an urgent matter and I won’t able to go in the office . That’s why I’ve been calling them. I highly request to change their front desk girls with full of attitude and exchange with the professionals and kind people .."

"My experience with this place has been terrible. I tried many times and was never able to reach this office by phone. I left messages and no one ever called me back."

"I really hate how rude and incompetent the front desk girls are at this location. Everytime I call in, they have horrible attitudes. The things they ask me, I clearly have already completed. They also have no customer service skills. Why hire people like this? Seriously. If someone has no customer service skills and is extremely unpleasant, why would you hire them and keep them on staff? I'm sick of receiving an attitude and being talked to like they could care less everytime I call or come in. Please address this with your staff!"

"Arrived at 12:10 PM and there's a sign on the door that says Lunchtime, back at 1PM. I tried calling multiple times before coming, but they didn't answer the phone. The website doesn't list lunch hours either. I can't wait for them to reopen, so this was a wasted trip. Truly disappointed."
