My 3.5 yr old has Down Syndrome and we have seen significant improvement in his speech. They find the right technique for the child and track progress closely while keeping the us parents very involved."

"We are on the wait list since 2020 for the fairfax office. I don’t recommend this place they literally don’t do a thing I call every few months and get told lies about starting in a month and nothing happens and no one calls. Don’t waste your time. I am only writing the review now because we are looking for a new place and thought I should warn people of this place since it’s still coming in my search, we had great experiences with other services the past 2 years and many others are willing to help."

"Of all the ABA providers I called, this clinic was BY FAR the WORST when it came to inquiring for services. The person on the phone was condescending, dismissive, and borderline rude. Not to mention that the want you to fill out TONS of paperwork and provide copies of your identification when it will be over a year before they even see you for an evaluation. Paperwork that, by the time they finally grace you with their attention in 12-18 months, will no longer be relevant. They seriously need to reevaluate their intake process and ESPECIALLY who they have representing them on the phone. It is hard enough dealing with a new autism diagnosis and finding ABA services. Don’t make it harder on parents with attitude and an unnecessarily complicated process. So glad we found a different provider who was actually helpful and compassionate."

"Terrible customer service in Fairfax. They don't worth even a star. It is already 5 months i try to get response from them even we had an evaluation by them. But still we couldn't start to any therapy for my son and none calls me back until I call them. I tried to reach them may be 60 times but still no any result, no any response. They use our vulnerable situation, I don't appreciate it!"

"My children have had an excellent experience at Achieve Beyond. We currently use their ABA services 5 days a week and the quality of care we are receiving is exceptional! I highly recommend them. Our BCBA, Alison, has done wonders for my boys and our family's happiness. Her vast knowledge, modern and evidence based ABA expertise, and compassion make her an incredible BCBA. She is dedicated to her clients and it shows in the results she provides. The RBTs at Achieve Beyond are also amazing and well qualified! They work hand in hand with the BCBAs and they are great at making therapy time fun and exciting! My children love coming to the clinic because of the special bond they share with their team and that speaks volumes to me as a parent. Added bonus, the Fairfax clinic is brand new with two awesome indoor gyms. The clinic is clean and organized with lots of toys and fun things to do. When we walk into the clinic we are greeted like family. This level of high quality, play based ABA therapy is hard to find. From the front desk, to scheduling, and billing, Achieve Beyond is very organized, professional, and kind. I could not be more pleased with our experience and I highly recommend Achieve Beyond."
