"This office is extremely booked out. Over 8 weeks to get a consultation. When calling the office I was on hold for 10 mins going from 8th in line to 4th, 2nd, 7th, 3rd, 8th, 1st then hung up on. I called back and the same thing. 6th in line for a representative then 3rd, 6th, 2nd, 7th, 2nd, 4th, 1st, 5th, 2nd, 4th then hung up on AGAIN. How unprofessional. Sounds like they need more help at the front desk."

"Not happy with this place. Been there 3 times and they still cannot correct my eye issue. And the front desk women are always very unfriendly. That’s all I have to say."

"I went in for my first appointment two months ago and waited in a room for over 40 minutes before the doctor came in to see me. Today, my appointment was at 2:10 (I arrived at 1:45 to check-in). At 3:17 I asked when I would be seeing the doctor and they said that the doctor was running late and that there were 5 patients ahead of me! When I told them that my appointment was at 2:10 the response was “that’s your check-in time.” Seriously!?! When I asked the average wait time, the response was “about 3 hours.” I don’t know about you all, but I had to miss work for this appointment and had another doctor’s appointment for a breathing treatment at 4:00 and their expectation is that I give them my whole afternoon! When I tried to reschedule (without missing another day of work) the doctor was “not available.” I don’t even know this doctor, I’m okay seeing someone else, but that wasn’t offered. They really don’t care but my time is as valuable as anyone else’s and to be treated with such disregard is abhorrent."

"I am more than pleased with the help that Dr. Jeffrey Bunning gave me at my recent visit. I was having a slight problem with vision in my right eye and he recognized it immediately even without me mentioning it to him. He took care of it the same day, and now....my site is so much better. My husband also raved about Dr. Bunning and was so pleased with all of the care that he gave to him. Dr. Bunning is the only Dr that I will ever go to for my eyes. :)"
