"I had called this office last Thursday because I was wanting to find a new primary care physician. I told the receptionist that I wanted to make an appointment with Karri Trivett. She informed me that I needed to go online and fill out the paperwork and submit it back to them. She said once they got it would be a couple of days and they would call to schedule. I still hadn't received a phone call so I called them today. The person that answered the phone asked my name and date of birth and then put me on hold. She came back on the phone and said that she had found my paperwork. Unfortunately she said that wouldn't be able to schedule me. I asked why not and she said that they do not give a reason. I said WOW and said that no one in that office would see me and she said no. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me. I work in thedental field and we don't treat our patients like that! I just think this is a poor way to do business!!"

"I have to share because the people of Bristol really need to know that the healthcare here is severely lacking. I’ve Been here almost a year and the doctors here seem to decide weather to take you as a patient. I have a degree in health care management and have been in the medical field 10+ years. I have NEVER heard of a doctor office doing this. Yet it has happened to me MULTIPLE times since moving here. If a provider ACCEPTS YOUR INSURANCE and is taking new patients, well, THEY TAKE YOU AS A NEW PATIENT. So what does that mean for me, a person with uncontrolled thyroid issues, autoimmune issues, and more? It unfortunately means the same for me as it does the people who live in this area…. the Individuals needing the MOST care are being denied care by providers who are vetting them so they aren’t bothered by “difficult cases.” Which means mine, and the health OF COUNTLESS OTHERS suffers even more. That every doctor in this area including Dr. Hess from this clinic has denied me care is absurd and the people of this area deserve better!"
