"I had my first colonoscopy here today. Starting from the first phone call that I received right up til the time I walked out the door, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Everything was explained to me before and after the procedure. My experience went way beyond my expectations. I was completely at ease from the time I walked into the building. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you all for being so amazing! ❤️"

"I most definitely should have read these reviews before I made a appointment. But see the thing is I have no other choice this was the only one in greeneville. They got me in pretty fast. I honestly can't remember how the office staff acted. But I had a procedure to be done in Kingsport office. I had to reschedule cause I didn't have money to make it to Kingsport so they rescheduled me. The second time my ride never showed up. Oh yeah on top of that they never called my phone to confirm the second appointment I wish I could post my call log and show everyone. They got loud and very unprofessional with me telling me I could not reschedule again. From reading other reviews tho I guess I'm happy to have got reschedule period. This place is most definitely a joke. Very unprofessional and rude. They seem to only care for themselves. It would definitely be good to find another place to go. Horrible."

"Had colonoscopy here twice, last 5 years ago. Received letter time for colonoscopy signed by Dr. Fenyves. I called to inquire and was told Dr. Fenyves had medically retired. Purpose of my questions is nothing on website now stating Dr. Fenyves is with this practice, and the letter was not personally signed, was stamped signature. I wonder when I would have been told. Feel deceptive the way this was handled."

"We did not have a good experience with this place or their disrespectful and downright rude front desk staff. They treat you as though you owe them something and you're the patient! Good luck if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment because you will be sent for a "review" and then after 10 days you may or may not be permitted to reschedule. This is if you cancel, for any reason no matter how serious, like surgery, not if you just don't show up. There are too many other options in the Tri-Cities that I feel certain would treat you with far more kindness and compassion."

"Great professional staff. My visit went Well . The entire staff is top notch and very kind and considerate. Dr Fry took time to go over all questions That I had. I would recommend this Professional group. The care I received Was A+. Mark Tester"
