"Wish I could go to this doctor for myself! Always gentle with my 2 year old and always super nice! Getting the little ones shots are never fun, but they have professional bedside manner that makes her feel comfortable instead of scared!! Thank you youth care!"
"This is one of the best Doctor's office around here! The doctors and the staff are so sweet and make us feel at home when we go in to the office. They are quick to get patients in if needed! Highly recommend this office!"
"I am so glad to see some many others who have had issues with the rude and hateful ladies who check patients in. Honestly this is the main reason why I hate having to call or take my kids to this office. Love Kelly she has always been so helpful. But I would agree on the unprofessionalism of the office as a whole. I love that it is a fun environment but it is a small space and when you don't feel good or you are waiting to get test results back it is very annoying to hear all kinds of loud talking and laughing almost the entire time. But the lady who answers the phone needs to change her tone and how she talks to people."
"The nurses are sometimes nice depending what time you go, overall it's a very unprofessional place. I believe the only one I seemed to really like is the female doctor they have, sadly can't remember her name as she's only seen my child a couple times. People answering the phones are ALWAYS RUDE. Dr. Mitoraj is the most unprofessional doctor I've meet thus far. My daughter was born cleft lip and palate affected. Every single time we would go for a check whether it be before or after one of her surgery. He would always make very inappropriate comments about my daughters appearance even as far as "oh she'll look so pretty after her face is fixed" what kind of doctor says that?? All of his comments have stuck with me and have given me a very negative experience with doctors. I would not suggest him to anyone. Thankfully I was able to change pediatricians and I will not ever be going back."
"Worst pediatrician you can possibly go to. Turned my son away when he was terribly sick when because I had zero cash and I owed a very small amount of money from when my son was a newborn and he and all his nurses LIED to me said they accepted my sons insurance then told me 6 months later they didn't and now I had a large bill from everything up to that point. The secretaries are so incredibly rude, snobby, disrespectful, and pathetically vain. I was told; "THIS IS NO FREE CLINIC!!!!" I said I know that mam it's not my fault someone lied to me and now I have a balance! I have soooo many times had to take my son to the hospital because he was misdiagnosed simply because they do not bother to be thorough and constantly would tell me I was overreacting. One instance in particular my son had been waking up 4-5 times in the night throwing up and wheezing and I took him to youth care and they said "absolutely bothing wrong with him, he's fine but bring him in if he gets a severe fever". He gets a bad fever I take him back. Again the same thing; "he's fine nothing is wrong with him". Well one night he woke up clutching his little chest (he sleeps with me as hes only 16 months) and was severely having trouble breathing, so I took him to the er and the did several tests and a chest xray and when the results came in, informed me that he has severe bronchialitus and he also had a double ear infection, and he had pneumonia. The Dr asked me; "why did you not take him to his pediatrician?" And I told her I did. Three times, they said he was fine and nothing was wrong. The Dr then informed me that there was ZERO reason why they should not have diagnosed all that was wrong and that them prolonging it and never doing anything to treat him was what made it get so severe and if i hadn't brought him and got him many breathing treatments and a lengthy stay in the hospital it would have gotten so badly he wouldn't have made it. So if I would have trusted these so called "doctors" then I would be burying my son. Thank God I listened to my own instincts. But if they don't care about the children they treat, why do we pay them? Don't go there if you'd like your children actually helped!!"
