"Tried to make an appointment for a sick visit, the receptionist wanted to schedule me for three and a half weeks out. I explained to the receptionist that I was sick, coughing, congestion ect. and I asked if they do even sick visits. She replied “well we do in fact do sick visits but you have to be scheduled for them” I told her, Well yeah, that’s why I’m calling to get on the schedule. I asked her whats the point of trying to get into the doctor when you’re sick if the appointment is going to be scheduled three and a half weeks out? By then it’s pointless. So do you want people to to call before they’re sick to schedule a sick visit? It makes no sense. Her answer was to “Go to the ER then, I don’t know what to tell you.” Just wow. Do not waste your time with these people. Or any other Ballad facility for that matter, they’re all the same."
