"The issue isn’t the Dr or NP, it’s the simple fact that they do not prescribe all psych meds!!!! They do not tell you this when you’re paying and it’s TeleHealth program so most pharmacies around VA and TN will not fill for TeleHealth. When I signed up Kristie told me that it wouldn’t be a problem because they have an office in VA. My pharmacist let me go as a patient and if you truly know how it feels to be let go because some doctor’s office receptionist advised you it’ll be okay. I’m totally embarrassed and ashamed and I did not do Anything!!!! I needed a Doctor who prescribes all mental health meds however this doctor does not!!! It’s ruined my reputation w/ my pharmacy and the pharmacist called my other doctor so I did not have a good experience at all w/ this place except the Dr was nice and did try to help me but it was all for nothing. I didn’t take the prescription and the visit didn’t last but maybe 10 minutes. I called today because my other Dr advised me to try to get my $$$ back but of course, The receptionist said that I couldn’t have it back. My Dr also advised me to report them to the BBB because it’s not right taking that much $$$ from a patient for nothing!!! I wish I’d never ever even called them. If you take Benzos— do not expect to get them here. Just want ppl to be aware of this so they won’t waste hard earned $$$."
