HMG Urgent Care at Bristol 350 Steeles Road, Bristol, TN 37620

"Treated like an idiot. I refused Covid and Flu test. Which I know I don't have. This is a money thing. I have no insurance. So Dr Brian Enriquez basically brushed me off. Gave me Penicillin. And cough syrup. Then wrote up the most insulting write up on my chart. It sd Morbidly obese uninsured grocery store worker, refused ttesting of Covid and flu. I have no symptoms. I plan to file a complaint. Waited forever. I guess without insurance they don't give 2 %%%% about you. Won't ever come back here. Ever."

"I wish i could give 0 stars. Started off normal. No folks in lobby, took 10 or so minutes to go into the back. Lady checked my weight,temp and blood pressure, so far so good. As i was waiting for someone to come and diagnose me, I went into a tic tok black hole. I then realized that i was back there for almost an hour with no interaction from anyone. I left the room to speak with someone about the long wait time. To make a long story short. The lead practitioner told me that if i wasn't satisfied with the care that i could find another place. Blahahah, what care did you provide. Dont go here. This place is a joke"

"Went for my first and last visit to the new location yesterday. I was charged as if I were seeing a specialist which has never happened before. Then, because I don't have COVID, the doctor basically asked what I thought he could do for me. He made it very clear my being there was a waste of time. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at the Bristol urgent care. I won't have another one."

"I want to thank and compliment the staff working on September 5, 2023 mid-afternoon. You were slammed with patients. I'm sure it was a very hard working day. Yes, it was a long wait but our reward was very good care once in the same room. Our preferred care provider, Rebecca was relaxed and took time with me to diagnose a back strain after I'd had an MRI the previous week, 6 days prior. Today I am feeling so much better.
