"Think I have a stomach bug. I went and paid a copay and got absolutely ZERO treatment. Nurse practitioner didn’t listen to me, only told me I needed to go to the ER. She told me “urgent care only treats sinus infections.” She was not kind and her attitude made me uncomfortable. Refused to write me a school excuse for tomorrow as well even though she thinks I’m sick enough to go to the ER? Didn’t try to help me at all."

"Gave me and my kid prednisone and wouldn’t do anything to help when we both had a bad reaction. This is a band aide station run by nurses and physicians assistants who don’t care. They’re usually rude to people the moment you walk in the door. I went here because they were closest and we were sick. I now drive out of my way to avoid them."

"My experience at this location has varied over the past 5 years since moving to Colonial Heights Tn in 2017. Ultimately my main reason for not recommending this urgent care is due to how the receptionist disregard your privacy when taking PII (Personally Identifiable Information). Everyone in the entire waiting room can hear you full name, date of birth, etc. it is very unprofessional. If you have to go there just hand the receptionist your ID to keep this from happening."

"Didn’t mind to wait over an hour for a simple solution to my problem, my problem was with my first nurse Andrea who works there. She has TERRIBLE bed side manner. If you hate your job, do something else. She made me feel uncomfortable with her awful attitude and behavior. If you have to go here ask for someone else."
